Delivery charges in Canada

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Standard shipping is free when the goods total is CAD60 or more after discounts. Below CAD60, standard shipping costs CAD22.

Express Delivery is an optional CAD22 service, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. A separate faster arrival estimate is not published. Contact us about timing before choosing it for an urgent order.

Delivery estimates

Allow 5–7 days for delivery, plus 24–48 hours for order handling and processing. Timing varies by destination and these are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and separate packages

We email tracking when your order ships. Products in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Contact us with your order reference if tracking shows a problem, a delivery is missing or your address needs correcting. If we cannot meet the stated shipping arrangement, we will contact you to resolve the order. Rights and remedies under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
